  • During product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend to 10–14 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.

Rustic Aire Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import duties, any return shipping costs and original shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rustic Aire Essentials is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
