• Opened products
• Used products
• Limited Edition or Seasonal Collections
• Gift Cards

All sales are considered final unless products arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund

at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not begun.

Once processing starts, orders cannot be canceled.
